Inspired by her drive to make a positive impact through social innovation, and to expand upon her work on The CINDER Project, Neila set out to create an agency with a strong technical team whose mission extends beyond software development. With prior experience as both a software developer and project manager, she brings a diverse set of skills to the table. Neila takes a lead role in both creative and technical areas, where she thrives due to her background as a visual artist and her study of Computer Engineering at Queen’s University.
As a cofounder, Alex takes a leadership role as a project manager and technical team lead, while also managing business operations. Possessing a Bachelor of Computing from Queen’s University, and technical experience building apps for ridesharing, AI voiceprint identification and more, Alex is prepared to tackle even the most daunting technical challenges. Above all, he has a passion for helping businesses achieve their potential by leveraging the most powerful technical solutions available.
Possessing over 2 years of experience with client facing roles, Marcus has worked on a variety of projects from building chat bots to mobile applications. No matter the project, Marcus strives to provide high quality and performant code to satisfy all of the clients’ needs.
